Competitive

Representing Uraidla as a club, playing home and away at other hills based clubs. Includes coaching which is always at Uraidla.

Orange Ball ( Ages 7–9 )

Games Friday nights, 6pm – 7pm

A great place to start after coaching. The Orange stage ball is larger and doesn’t bounce as high. The nets are lowered, and players play on a reduced size court. Parents score on court and help players learn the rules and where to stand. First to 4 games only.

Green Ball ( Ages 9–11 )

Games Friday nights, 6pm – 7:30/8pm

The ball used in the Green stage bounces higher and faster than the orange ball, but still slower than a regular ball. Full size court, first to 6 games. Parent support on court is still permitted when needed.

Yellow Ball ( Ages 11+ )

Games Saturday mornings, either 8:30am – 10am or 10:30am – 12pm

Finally, when they are ready, kids graduate to the standard yellow ball and play on a full-size court.

Ages are just a guide, and teams can be mixed or single gender.

Social Tennis

Everyone welcome. Wednesday nights after junior coaching 630pm till late throughout the summer season (September to April).

A social membership is just $50, and we welcome anyone to join us for a hit on Wednesdays. Players of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to participate. We are also exploring a mini game style round robin on this night for those who want more than a hit. Bring a partner or come along and find one.

The average age at the club is around 40, and we need people of all ages, so please come along.

Please contact Adam Gore, President, with any questions: 0431 290 902

If any adults are after a competitive hit on Saturdays at 1pm in any capacity, we field teams across four divisions, from Advanced through to Division 6 (the lowest possible division), and all teams are mixed gender, so there is a spot for every level. Please complete the senior registration form.

We’d love to hear from you!

Whether you’re interested in signing up, have any questions or would like to discuss teams, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
